Pendo / Novus by Pendo analytics: We use Pendo, installed through Novus by Pendo, to understand how anonymous visitors use the archive and to provide in-app guidance. Pendo assigns a persistent anonymous visitor identifier and receives technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages and URLs visited, and product-usage and interaction events. We do not use Pendo to identify visitors by name or email.

Data Retention

Submission content remains visible so the archive reflects collective wisdom. Supporting metadata is retained only as long as we have a reason - typically to provide the feature you requested or to comply with legal obligations. Pendo analytics data is retained under Pendo's applicable data-retention terms and our account settings. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
